  • The design and appearance of Messages and Auto-responders are the responsibility of the eMarketer user.
Receipt of Messages sent out by eMarketer
  • The receipt of eMarketer messages and auto-responders is not the responsibility of Webvisions.
  • The junk mail and spam filter tagging of eMarketer messages depends on content messages, the subscriber opt-in method, and the individual users' ISPs and techniques employed by the hosting provider. Webvisions will not assist with this aspect of process.
Reports
  • Statistics reports generated by eMarketer depend on the response of mail clients of the list subscribers. Webvisions is not responsible for inaccurate statistic reports, which can be due to blocking of auto-respond code by recipients email clients. This auto-respond code which is embeded into the email to the recipients is needed by emarketer to keep track of the mailing statistics.
